Fully Licensed. Fully Insured. Fully Accountable.

Every truck in our fleet carries our USDOT number. Every crew member is covered by workers compensation. Every move is backed by cargo insurance. We maintain this standard not because we have to -- but because our customers deserve nothing less.

1

Licensing Overview

MovingPro.io operates as a fully licensed and insured moving company in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. We maintain active licenses with the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for interstate moves, as well as all required state-level registrations for intrastate operations.

2

Federal Licensing

USDOT Number: Our USDOT number is displayed on every truck in our fleet and is available upon request. This registration allows us to legally transport household goods across state lines.

MC Number (Motor Carrier): We hold an active Motor Carrier authority issued by the FMCSA, authorizing us to operate as a household goods carrier in interstate commerce.

FMCSA Compliance: We maintain full compliance with FMCSA safety regulations including hours of service, vehicle maintenance, and driver qualification requirements.

3

State Licensing

We maintain active mover registrations in every state where we conduct business. State licensing requirements vary but typically include proof of insurance, surety bonding, and registration with the state transportation authority.

Florida Registration: As our home state, we are fully registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a licensed mover.

4

Insurance Coverage

General Liability Insurance: We carry comprehensive general liability insurance that covers property damage and bodily injury during the moving process.

Cargo Insurance: We maintain cargo insurance to protect your belongings during transit. Basic carrier liability ($0.60 per pound per article) is included at no extra cost. Additional coverage options are available through our Standard and Premium insurance tiers.

Workers Compensation: All crew members are covered by workers compensation insurance, protecting both our employees and our customers from liability in case of on-the-job injuries.

Vehicle Insurance: Our entire fleet carries commercial auto insurance that exceeds federal minimum requirements.

5

Regulatory Compliance

We adhere to the FMCSA's "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move" guidelines and provide all required documentation to customers before every move.

We comply with the Carmack Amendment, which governs carrier liability for loss and damage of household goods in interstate commerce. We provide written estimates (binding or non-binding) as required by federal law. We maintain accurate bills of lading and inventory sheets. We follow proper claims procedures with the legally required 120-day acknowledgment and 120-day resolution timeframes.

6

Safety Record

Our safety record is publicly available through the FMCSA's SAFER system (safer.fmcsa.dot.gov). We are committed to maintaining a satisfactory safety rating through regular vehicle inspections, ongoing driver training, strict adherence to hours-of-service regulations, and comprehensive safety protocols for every move.

We encourage all customers to verify our licensing and safety information independently through the FMCSA website.

7

MovingPro+ Software Licensing

MovingPro+ CRM software is licensed as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Subscription terms, pricing, and usage rights are governed by the separate MovingPro+ License Agreement provided to subscribers.

MovingPro+ subscribers are responsible for maintaining their own moving company licenses, insurance, and regulatory compliance. The MovingPro+ platform is a software tool and does not confer any moving company licensing rights to its users.

Verify Our Credentials

We encourage all customers to verify our licensing before booking. You can check our credentials through: the FMCSA SAFER system at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), your state's Department of Transportation or consumer protection office, or by contacting us directly at legal@movingpro.io and we will provide any documentation you need.
