Terms of Service

By accessing or using MovingPro.io (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including customers, portal users, and moving company operators using MovingPro+ CRM.

MovingPro.io provides professional moving services including local, long-distance, and commercial relocations, as well as packing, storage, and specialty item handling. Our Platform offers instant quote generation, online booking, customer portal access, and real-time move tracking.

MovingPro+ CRM is our white-label software platform for moving companies. Separate licensing terms may apply to MovingPro+ subscribers.

All quotes generated through our Platform are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual move conditions including but not limited to: actual inventory volume, stair and elevator access, distance variations, special handling requirements, and additional services requested on move day.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if move conditions differ materially from the information provided during the quote process.

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Deposit amounts are specified in your quote and are generally 20% of the estimated total. Deposits are applied toward your final balance.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled move date are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit amount.

You may create an account to access the customer portal, track quotes, manage bookings, and communicate with our team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

MovingPro.io carries comprehensive liability insurance as required by federal and state regulations. Basic carrier liability provides coverage at $0.60 per pound per article as mandated by law. Additional coverage options (Standard and Premium) are available and described during the quote process.

Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 9 months of delivery as per federal regulations. We provide a straightforward claims process through your customer portal. Our team will work with you to resolve claims fairly and promptly.

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers, impersonate any person or entity, submit false or misleading information in quotes or bookings, use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Platform, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform.

The Platform, including all content, features, functionality, design, code, and branding, is owned by MovingPro.io and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our explicit written permission.

We believe in resolving disputes amicably. If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@movingpro.io. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication with our team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MovingPro.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide advance notice via email to registered users.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
